Currently we have made the choice to sell exclusively in UK.

Orders are dispatched every weekend. Due to the postal network being affected by Covid absences, driver shortages and admin staff shortages, some parcels take up to 2 weeks to arrive, though most arrive in good time.

MiniDudoLoves doesn’t accept returns. However, should you have any issues with the clothes you receive, please contact us within 14 days at hello@minidudoloves.com, and we’ll look into it.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class to deliver your order within the UK. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the parcel. For customers in the Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly and in the Channel Islands there may be surcharges and longer delivery times.
We offer free shipping on orders over £60.

Hygiene is our priority. We wash all the clothes according to the requirements of various fabrics, colours, and textures.

We inspect all garments thoroughly to make sure there aren’t any detectable faults. We make a careful selection based on the garment condition, to let you shop with confidence.

We use eco-friendly and 100% recyclable packaging for all our orders.
